It's that time of year again....

TACKY Christmas Sweater Parties....

if you have never been to one, you really don't know what you're missing.

if you have never been to one hosted by the lovely Miss. Amy O'Keefe, then you REALLY don't know what you're missing.

tomorrow is the annual Tacky Christmas Sweater Party at the O'Keefe residence and this year, I decided to go VERY hardcore. I should probably mention, the fact there is a prize this year for tackiest costume, really didn't fuel the passion I put into my costume this year. Being unemployed and having ridiculous amounts of free time on my hands might have. you know when I'm not nose deep into 'master of the universe' fanfiction.

So in anticipation of tomorrow's event... I have collaborated a look at previous years wins and epic fails... (mostly wins of course) as well as featuring a preview of what's to come tomorrow night!

The 1st Tacky Christmas Sweater Party
2006

This photo seriously needs to be framed in the Richard
household around the holidays because it is EPIC WIN.
We were aiming for 'Office Christmas Party' when
we took pre-party photos elsewhere. I think we succeeded.
This tacky sweater was actually my own, back in grade six.
I was cool like that.

2nd Tacky Christmas Sweater Party
2007

This year, B went big.
I mean look at those ribbons in her hair.
That must have taken WEEKS.
This year, I was modest.
I picked out a sweater from Value Village.
(questionable if it was actually a xmas sweater)
But it had massive shoulder pads.
SO, it was still a WIN.

I had also just gotten Bella that year.
Hello cute, right?
The paws were even huge back then folks.

3rd Tacky Christmas Sweater Party
2008

This year, I originally thought I had to work.
Super sad, right?
But alas, I didn't have to work.
Yet I had no costume.
Two words my friends.
WHALE FAIL.

SO this year dear friends. I will not disappoint. I will not ruin the group photo because I am lacking a costume. I predict an epic win. I also predict I will be bringing jello shooters. *drools*
